MZA / K series vibrating screen is a new round vibrating screen product based on ya and YK series, which is upgraded and improved for heavy working conditions by integrating customers' on-site use situation and experience. The circular motion of the circular vibrating screen is a high-tech vibrating screen with multi-layer number and high efficiency. The circular vibrating screen adopts cylinder eccentric shaft vibration exciter and eccentric block to adjust the amplitude. The material screen has long flowing line and many screening specifications. It has the characteristics of reliable structure, strong exciting force, high screening efficiency, low vibration noise, strong durability, convenient maintenance and safe use.
MF Series vibrating screen is mainly composed of screen box, vibration exciter, suspension (or support) device and motor. The motor drives the main shaft of the vibration exciter to rotate through the V-belt. Due to the centrifugal inertia force of the unbalanced weight on the vibration exciter, the screen box vibrates. Different amplitudes can be obtained by changing the eccentric axis of the exciter.
